Summary:This has been a very interesting 12 weeks. I have had up's and down's, but in the end I came out better than I started. This week was also interesting. I pulled a muscle at my track meet and have been in pain ever since. My body weight is 126.4 pounds, which is really good because I know how to keep it up and not let it get passed 125. I really enjoyed all of this, it has cause me to be more confident about my weight and in myself. So this challenge changed me for the better. Meals:Monday: Vegetables, Steak, pasta, deviled egg

SummaryThis week was a little stressful. Since I've been going to practice I have been getting very bad headaches. They started on Wednesday and led to the weekend. Friday I didn't go to school because my headache was so bad it hurt to turn on the lights. Since both my mom and my aunt are nurses, they both came to the conclusion that I was extremely dehydrated. On top of that I lost a bunch of weight. I now weigh 123.2 pounds. Which comes from practicing everyday and not eating as much this week. So hopefully I feel better in the next week. MealsDaily ChallengesThis week is the second week that I am back from spring break and track practice. I weight around 128 pounds. My weight is staying up and I'm really happy about that. SummaryThis week was a little slow. I didn't really do much but go to school and practice. My body weight however has went up. Today is Sunday and I weight 130.3 pounds. I have finally made it back to my initial weight! I am really proud of myself for eating how I am supposed to and managing my stress and anxiety the best way I can. I hope to gain a little bit more, maybe get to 133 pounds by the end of next week. With me working out everyday and eating It should balance everything out. MealsI am currently in the process of getting my camera fixed. Its not really broken It just blacks out at times so If I can I will try to get as many pictures as i can. But throughout this week I ate a variety of different meals. Monday-Wednesday I ate tater tots and stuff like that. Thursday and Friday I had tacos.

SummaryThis week has been a little different from all the other weeks. My weight has generally stayed the same. I weight around 127 pounds, which is good. Since I've been having practice every single day, I have stopped doing other stuff after school. My body really sore, since I haven't done anything except cheer since Covid happened. So my body isn't quiet used to all this moving around and especially running. Hopefully things will get better as I continue to workout. MealLike I said last week my back camera isn't working, so I can't take pictures of what I eat. But over this week I have had: baked spaghetti, fast food and pizza and wings. I am so sorry that I cannot take picture hopefully my camera will start working again.

Summary:This week I have gained a few pounds and I've also been loosing those pounds at the same time. I feel like the lose of weight is coming from school and how stressed i am. Next week is spring break and I will see if my hypothesis is right about school being the reason that I am losing weight Meals:I forgot to take pictures of my meal. But through out the week I mainly ate fast food.

Summary:Im not sure how I feel about this week. By the start of the 126 pounds and today I weighted 121 pounds. I'm not 100% sure why my body weight is going down so fast, but I know it has something to do with me not eating as much. I'm trying my best to fix it. SummaryThis week was WAY better than the last 2 weeks. I was more motivated than ever to gain my weight back. At the beginning of the week I weighed 124.7 pounds, now I weight 126.8 pounds. This weight how ever has been going up and down but stays in the same area. If I continue what i'm doing I should gain more weight but in a healthy way. Summary:This week was not good once again. School is really catching up with me since we are in the home stretch. I have lost 5 pounds in the past week from being stressed and only 3 or 2 times a day. I don't want to loose anymore weight. My goal for next week is eat more and WORKOUT. Meal plans:

SummaryThis was another unproductive week. Sadly i'm not feeling motivated and school is really getting to me. Iv'e almost had a mental breakdown because of school and everything that's going. I cannot predict next week and work on myself, don't exactly know what to expect
