I have been trying to get healthy for the longest! I start off with good motivation of becoming healthy, but after a week or so I loose that motivation. However with this challenge I am going to push myself to eat better, sleep better, and get fit in 12 weeks or under.
This challenge will consists of daily challenges and meals that I will do over the 12 weeks. I will also be showing my progress with a weekly blog of what I accomplished over that week. This will allow me to motivate myself to do more and you to watch my progress. So please, watch me get healthy!
Daily Challenges
This part of these 12 weeks will be me telling the viewer the challenges I have made for myself. I will accomplish these each week and show you my progress by uploading pictures and posting the YouTube videos that I used.
The Meal plans
This part itself is self explanatory. I will telling and showing what I have ate and what is in it for that day. I will be showing what I've ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
